Keep Those Shrimp Shells

I love shrimp, especially fresh ones from the fish market. But, I also buy frozen shrimp at the grocery store. But, either way, I always keep the shells as they are full of flavour. I store them in the freezer and when I’m making a fish stock or some kind of seafood soup like a Manhattan chowder, out they come!
