RD's Cooking Tips

Top picture - I'm cooking fresh walleyes over an open fire on an Ontario fly-in fishing trip. Second picture - I'm on cooking duty at a fly-in camp on Moshur Lake, in Ontario. I remember on this trip one dude slapped my ass while I was cooking. Man, I hate that!

I just love cooking on an open fire, so here's a few tips that will make your next campfire cook-out a little more... uh... well - rugged!

I do alot of home cooking too - and not just wild fish and game!

I have some past restaurant experience and I also spent a little time in culinary school. Here's some of what I've learned along the way. Plenty more to come!

Check out some of my tips below: I'll keep adding more every few days or so.
